About Full Life Yoga

We aim to provide a nurturing space where individuals can connect mind, body, and spirit, empowering each person to find peace and strength in Christ.

Meet Kimberly

Kimberly Edgeworth is a physical therapist and registered yoga instructor. She graduated from Lispcomb University and UT Memphis School of Physical Therapy. Kimberly practiced physical therapy in acute care and outpatient orthopedic settings for several years.

After stepping away from her career to raise four daughters, Kimberly discovered the power of yoga in her life. Through it, she experienced physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Eager to share the benefits of the practice, Kimberly trained with Abundant Yoga Studio in 2020, focusing on Christ-centered yoga, and has led classes, retreats, and in-services ever since.

Kimberly remains passionate about teaching others to move their bodies in safe and gentle ways while meditating on Truth from God’s Word. Kimberly lives in Brentwood with her husband, Mitch, and her dog, Duke.

To learn more about how Kimberly breaks down the stigmas surrounding the practice of yoga and keeps Christ at the center, listen to her podcast interview with Kerry Stiles on Everyday People, Extraordinary Lives.

Meet Abbey

Abbey Harris is a registered nurse and a yoga teacher, practicing yoga since 2004. After obtaining her 200-hour registered yoga teacher certification through Holy Yoga, Abbey has been teaching classes since 2014.

As a home-birth nurse specializing in physiologic labor and delivery, Abbey’s passion is leading yoga for women during pregnancy and postpartum. Prenatally certified through Holy Yoga, she's combined her work with midwives in birth centers and her yoga background to offer yoga classes for those in life transitions.

Before joining Full Life Yoga, Abbey taught at Abundant Yoga for six years, where she mastered her Christ-centered yoga intentions and movements.

Because of her experience in accessible forms of yoga, Abbey’s classes are tailored to fit every level and possible physical limitation.

Married to fellow yoga instructor Shaun Harris, they live in Nashville with their dog Captain and love to be outdoors.
